About Sam Barrow

Sam Barrow is a Raleigh native. Having lived in Raleigh his whole life, he has seen Raleigh grow from a small city to one of the fastest growing cities in the country. He has deep family roots in the construction business that go back to homes built by his great-grandfather.

Sam has a unique passion for the art of custom home building. He has been building quality custom homes and custom renovations in the Raleigh area since 2003. Before starting his own business, Sam worked as a head Superintendent for one of the largest custom homebuilders in the Raleigh area where he learned every detail of the construction process from hands-on experience. Sam is truly a hands-on builder with extreme attention to detail. He has an active role in the building process from the time ground is broken or the first wall comes down until the project is complete. Sam’s experience includes new custom homes, residential remodels/renovations, and historic restoration/renovations.
